Marketing Career Recruitments client is the best beer brand in the world – and their Irish operation based in Dublin seeks to appoint an Insights & Innovation Manager. The role involves leading and managing the beer brands Irish insight projects, overall innovation process, pre-funnel innovation ideas, portfolio strategy, beer category projects, market research, brand equity tracking, insight and information programmes, and driving total alcohol market insight & intelligence within the business.
The Insight & Innovation Marketing Manager, Reporting to the Marketing Director of Ireland, will develop the thought leading function that the Insight & Innovation team provides to the Brand, Channel and General Management teams.
Key to the role will be embedding clear insight generation and innovation processes within Marketing and Commercial Business Units On-trade and Off-trade. Also developing and communicating key insights and understanding within the total alcohol market market/segments (incl. Beer) and competitor brands & categories in Ireland: Consumer preference/behaviour insights, triggers & drivers, brand tracking, sources of and direction of change, competitor intelligence, international alcohol context, innovations, new products, etc.
So if you have strong FMCG /Drinks Research and Insight generation experience and a strong interest and experience in brands, consumer insights & motivation and shifting category & market patterns – then this opportunity will appeal. To be effective in this role you will be highly analytical and possess effective planning, organisational, presentation and strategic skills and have a proven track record post grad of 8 years exposure to in data interpretation.
