This is truly an exciting and rewarding role for an FMCG marketing innovation specialist to work on new brand extensions in a highly prestigious and brand leading culture of excellence.
You will work closely with Consumer Insight &International Brand Development teams to review and use existing consumer/customer insights to aid in innovation.
Provide ongoing intelligence of competitor and sister company innovations.Create, evaluate and analyse proposals for new business ideas, new lines of business and products. Present brand ideas to senior management and seek approval for execution and launch.
Research, evaluate and filter assigned ideas which are originated internally and externally.Develop analytical tools and processes to filter and prioritise ideas. Interact with senior level management in other functions (e.g. Production, Finance, IT) to champion new ideas and to ensure appropriate functional engagement.
Ensure appropriate processes are in place to facilitate fast transition from idea generation to prototype development to market introduction.
